That’s why we provide free shipping from our  worldwide warehouses located at 13 different countries, that is, Australia, Brazil, USA, Spain, France, Czech Republic, Italy, Poland, Germany, Belgium, Russia, Turky and China to ensure fastest delivery to our customers depending on the country of their location. For instance, We deliver to Sweden by PostNord, from China by SSS-Packet or EMS and in USA by USPS.

However, Customers have the choice to chose the fastest paid delivery by DHL, UPS and SSS-Fast delivery at the time of check out.

However, Oriental hand Knotted rugs would be shipped by fastest delivery serivces and will reach within 2 weeks to its destination by DHL/Fedex/UPS free of cost to USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and entire European Countries.

We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be from one of those countries we will contact you.

Customs

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Sometimes due to natural calamities like COVID-19 Pandemic, shipping may take longer which is beyound human control. Thanks for understanding.

Tracking information

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
